VFW's "I Love America" essay winner Sam M. is honored!

I had the great pleasure of visiting the VFW on Monday night, February 14th to hear the essay winners of the VFW's "I Love America" essay contest. Sam M. from our class and Delanie V. from Mrs. Hanshaw's class were the winners for fourth grade! Sam wrote a short essay of why he loves America. It was a great to be there as Sam was honored by the VFW for his essay. I was so proud! GREAT JOB SAM!!!!
